Shaw calling me about bandwidth usage again.

They haven't done this to me in years. I'm on the Broadband 50 plan, apparently I've been using a lot of bandwidth. I've been averaging 600GB-1TB a month on their 500GB limit. They've only left me a voicemail and they expect me to call back. What should I say?
