Telus user > Planning to Switch/Concerned about Modem/Router

I am on 15Mbps Service currently My Setup at this time Standalone Modem > Switch > IP 1 ( Router 1 - Linksys - Tomato VPN ) - IP 2 ( Router 2 - Netgear ) with Range Extender Issue is that If I Upgrade with Telus, I am told I will be given Actiontec Modem/Router and I can use it in Bridge Mode to connect my personal router BUT no one seems to answer if I can connect 2 routers just like the method above and get 2 IP's I look up Shaw, and it seems 100Mpbs would need that same Modem/Router scenario so is anyone setup like mine? or has any opinion on thos
