[BC] Connectivity down in Victoria this morning, support line fu

Connectivity (ping) from Victoria to anywhere went down several dozen times this morning for 5-10 minutes at a time. Called the phone support line and was on hold for over 100 minutes before giving up. The system never offered me a callback option and never offered an estimate other than "greater than 20 minutes" at the outset. Anyone know what's going on?
