Problems in Salmon Arm the last few days?

Hi everyone, We have a business Shaw internet connection in Salmon Arm and we've had a some problems in the last few days. A day or two ago our internet connection stopped working on our 3 work computers, the lights on the modem didn't indicate any problems (it's a Motorola SB5102). The internet connection came back about 10 minutes later, we didn't think much of it since these things happen. The same exact thing happened this morning though, for about the same amount of time (10 minutes). It also happened again about 20 minutes ago for about 10 minutes again. (it was out from 4:05pm - 4:15pm) Has anyone else in Salmon Arm been having these problems the last few days? It's a bit of a hassle since our business does use the internet quite a bit for database lookups. Thanks. -Peter
