[BC] Victoria (View Royal) problems

Has anyone else had their modem going off line for a few minutes like it's resetting? I've caught this a few times over the last week while I've been home and the modem lights seem to indicate the modem is resetting. Also I've noted that sometimes my SEND light is blue and sometimes it's green (Moto SB6120, blue indicative of bonded channels and green, single channel upload). It just happened again this AM while I was at work and I can remote in to the router and see the WAN connection dropped for 10 minutes. At this point I'm just curious what others have noted and if this is just me or widespread (perhaps indicating DNU work) before I call in and get asked to remove my router, reboot the modem,etc... :huh:
