Anyone else experiencing steady packet loss in the lower mainland?
I noticed in the logs for my router that since early yesterday morning I've had a steady 4-10% packet loss to my first hop (no packet loss to modem itself.)
I've already tried resetting the modem a few times, didn't seem to make any difference. I know we can't log into the modem to get stats, but is there any way to check out anything else that might point to what's going on, or do I just have to call Shaw?

Edit: uncanny, same as last time I posted to complain about the packet loss, it suddenly cleared up... not sure if this is a coincidence or things just don't bother getting addressed until Monday morning.
