hello i have shaw hs 25 package bundle with tv and phone. been with em for many years. the website said it comes with Complimentary WiFi modem . but my modem is motorola sb5102.
I was wondering what is this wifi modem? is it better than my old sb5102? can i exhange for one? even if i am not new customer?
