Salmon Arm

I and a few others are all having slow internet at night. A person who works at the same business is on a totally separate node and seeing the same issues. The 50mb connection drops to about 1.5 and stays that way for about 2 hours then gradually goes back to about 40mb. I talked to tech support who wanted to send someone to change the modem, I refused as if it was the modem it would do it all the time not just peak times 7pm until 9:30 10pm. My question is for Alex is Shaw going to address this issue or is it time to think about changing providers?
