[BC] Shaw Internet down again?

So I've been searching forums for the past hour about this internet outage again... It hasn't even been 24 hours and I have no access to internet or TV services at around 5:00PM. Similar thing happened last night around 9:30PM. Anyone know what's going on? Getting real tired of this.
