[BC] dcx3510-m arris - how do you see a channel listing of "all channels"

Hi, we have an arris dcx3510-m with shaw by default i think the box lists channels that we are "subscribed" to when going to the guide is there a way to change this to see "all channels" including the ones we don't subscribe to?
