In the summertime, I got the Shaw XL bundle as I was told by a Shaw Rep that after the promotion ran out, I could easily downgrade to another package. Well my promo is about to run out end of the month so I contacted Shaw today. I was told that if I downgrade to the Large package, I do not get any bundle discount. Is this right? It would basically end up costing me more to switch to the Large package as I would lose the bundle discount.
I am seriously thinking of cancelling everything after talking to Shaw today.
