data collection company Amanah Tech routing my ip on shaw

did not notice this at first but after forgeting my VPN was turn on i logged into my gw2 account thought oh darn. turned it off but later looked at my email oddly it even with the VPN turn on set to a US IP it showed a IP from toronto. looking closer it was filtered though a no carrier spacific data collection company Amanah Tech. oddly this also happened around the passing of the new spy bill. anyone eles seeing this
