[BC] VPN speeds and bridged modem availability

50/50 chance that I might get stuck with Shaw Internet in a future location. F#cking building managers and their personal refusal of Telus fibre access/install. Telus copper is apparently limited at 6Mbps for new installs at every address checked over a wide area(Telus site's address qualification tool). If stuck with Shaw(no Teksavvy available), what are the general max sustainable speeds for a VPN(P.I.A.) on the Shaw 60/3 plan? I have a slight concern that the 3 upload may be a bit wimpy to get 60 down. Of course needing low latency to achieve best results. . Shaw Gateways, is there any currently available that are easily bridgeable by Shaw support or the end users?
