[AB] Bandwith cap

Hi, Im with Shaw, i have the max package that provides 800gb bw. In 2016, its not uncommon for this to be easily exceeded especially with a young and large family. 4k streaming, gaming, youtube, file sharing, etc. I have two sons who both own consoles and pcs, when a new 65GB game come out thats 20% of my limit in a few hours. Now in getting usage exceeded limits with warnings my account will be suspended. The irony is you ask me to choose a suitable plan yet im not givdn any options to upgrade or buy additional bandwith. Will i be suspended? My neighbors and my kids keep telling me to switch to Telus but ive been with you guys for a decade, seems silly and rectifiable by just addressing my needs? What happened to Shaw a few years ago, the most progressive ISP with exceptional speeeds and bandwith options. What happened to being the leader? Focusing on margins is acceptable, you are a business first an foremost but deviating from your principles by not being an industry leader and providing exceptional offerings is going to eventually negatively impact those margins and market share you seem so desperate to grow and protect.
