[AB] Hitron internet 150 dmz, port forwarding, firewall issue

Hi, so I switched from business to residential internet 150 and now I have only one ip address, so this is how my lan is setup - Hitron modem - directly connected to server, windows server 2012 essentials with ip 192.168.0.13, hitron modem is 68.150.77.8 is my external ip. I have other computers on my lan with dhcp enabled on the hitron and also two other AP's that don't have a server dhcp enabled. Everything is running smooth except these few things so far. So I setup my website and it works, I have to port forward ports 80 443 and a few others to (192.168.0.13 my server ip) but port 21 for my ftp is not working yet even though I set it properly in the hitron modem, I run a quake 3 server and I used ports udp 27960 and some others for quake 3 arena and my server is not getting on the master server list. I called into shaw the other day after I had my new services installed and the tech support department said I could not get my modem and account bridged and that if I want to use ip passthrough I have to contact hitron to get help for that. When I had the old Motorola modem for residential 2 years ago all I had to do is enable dmz on my servers lan ip and everything would get passed to the windows server 2012 firewall, so the modems firewall and port forwarding would not block anything for that one lan ip. So I still can not figure out what setting I need to enable to get these applications unblocked.
