i know that with the Shaw 2 year service agreement that if you cancel before the end of the 2 yrs that they charge you $20/month remaining. I know i can ask at Shaw but not sure i really trust their answer.
My question is in regards to a term in my service agreement. If i read it correctly, one can cancel any time for any reason within 10 days of receiving a copy of the agreement. But does that mean you still have to pay the $20 / month fee or does it not apply in this case?
the portion of the agreement pertaining to this is as follows:
"Buyer’s Right to Cancel
You may cancel this agreement from the day you enter into the agreement until 10 days after you receive
a copy of the agreement. You do not need a reason to cancel"
