I recently upgraded my entire Shaw package and now I have Internet 150. I currently have 10/100 powerline adapters, so my Internet speed peaks out at ~25 Mbps.
Is it worth it to upgrade my powerline adapters to the 1200 Mbps ones so I get the full speed of Internet 150?
Because from what I understand, the benefits are quite little unless you're a power user (i.e., you stream 4K, you download tons of games from Steam, you move GBs of data to your NAS, etc.). Is this correct?
Even for torrenting, I guess it won't go any faster unless it's a heavily seeded torrent. Or am I completely wrong here?
