[AB] something is uploading 600 gigabytes of data (taking 1.9 - 5.0 mbps)

Over the last month or so I have had something uploading from my windows server 2012 home server and I don't know what it is. I have not done anything on this server i just use it for a few web pages that rarely get used and some files and dedicated games. Can some of you help me find out whats happening with my upload and whos doing it. I used TCPView and have a list here to look at though i'm not sure if its allowed by admin. edit: now its uploading 19.5 mbps, idk?
