[BC] Why is Shaw hiding Limited TV (skinny basic) in certain service areas?

I guess it's time for a CRTC complaint. Prior to entering an address, I found Shaw's Limited TV offering on the site. After entering an address, I received a message that the package wasn't available. Calling Shaw's customer service got me a CSR that told me it wasn't available. I then asked for a supervisor and the rep tried to upsell me. After rotting on hold, the CSR said they were able to get the package for the address in question. Part of the CRTC skinny basic ruling is that this TV package needs to be advertised.
