Where did all the Shaw High Speed Internet Plans go?

I currently have 300mbit internet from Shaw, was BB150, but got the free bump up to 300 last year sometime.  I just logged into the shaw.ca website to check about upgrading to BB600 or whatever the equivalent of it is now called, and when I input my service address, all I get for available options is a "Internet 15" plan.  Like...huh? Checked my bill...BB300....ran a speed test...300mbit. My cousin down the street just tried to upgrade their service to Internet 300, I believe they had BB50 or 60 or whatever it was, and when they called, they were told that they only have Internet 15 available in our area.  My cousin pushed back on the rep on the phone and were like "Umm...we currently have 50mbit or 60mbit or whatever and that's what you are charging us for."  The rep said that was impossible and they must be mistaken.  So they were confused, hung up the phone and called me to see if I "really" had 300mbit service. Which I have had (150 previously) for years. Now, anecdotally I've been asking around town...(it's a small town, so it's not too hard) and lots of people have Shaw service way over 15mbit. I run tech support on a non-profit in town and they have a Shaw Business Internet account that's around 50 or 60mbit as well. Yet, according to Shaw's website, this shouldn't be available. I hesitate to bring this up to Shaw for fear that they will realize their oversight that the failed to finish screwing us over, and they will actually reduce everyone in-town down to Internet 15 speeds, (for $65/month...ouch). Our only other option is crap DSL from Bell/Mts for 70/month for 7mbit. Has anyone ever seen this kind of disconnect between what their website offers / what they say is available and what is ACTUALLY available? I'd love 600mbit or at least a modem upgrade so i can get on ipv6, but according to the website, we are suddenly a "have not" town as far as Shaw service goes.
