Well lower mainland customers I final decided to cut the cord on Shaw tired of the bills 2 in one month its Sunday 2019/12/08 pm2:30 bin on hold for 58 min lol ?!! This is such a farce got there loyalty care number nothing more than a dead line there recording says to use chat but they don’t say is chat can’t disconnect / end your contract from what I read on line where did Shaw go wrong renting equipment soaking customers for more money give customer the runaround when they want to reduce there bill or cancel there service with them its such a joke and the CRTC are nowhere to help customers they are a laughing joke not a fan of blue sky I mean really you can’t push a button who is that lazy well thank you for listening to my complaint with Shaw its now 1 hr and 8 min wait joy Keith P Wise Coquitlam B.C.
