[AB] Are routes on Shaw business the same as Routes on Shaw residential?

Hi, so i have shaw business, but i also play games on the connection, specifically overwatch. and i noticed the plethora of posts on shaw forums about blizzard and overwatch ping times. many of those people had their problems fixed. when i and others had complained a few months back, a few people had their issues fixed, but mine are still present, and im wondering if thats because im on shaw business. apparently im being routed to overwatch, Los Angeles servers. when i tracert blizzard's chicago ip, it goes through seattle, then hops to chicago from there. i have a vpn in chicago that when i tracert the vpn ip, i go through Winnipeg, then to chicago from there. thats the faster route. what can i do about this?
