Hello, Is anyone else experiencing line quality issues with Shaw in the Greater Edmonton area lately? I did a line quality test and there seems to be a lot of packet loss at one hop in particular I'm tracing to Kansas (18.104.22.168). I attached a screenshot of one of my line tests. PL at the node seems to bounce around from 30-60% every time. I used to do a little bit of gaming a few months back, CoD:Warzone. While my pings were never the best at 90 ms on average, I didn't get a choppy lag fest like I seem to do now with my character suddenly bouncing around and lag spikes showing in the latency indicator. It's totally unplayable now. Any advice on how I should go about presenting a support ticket?
