Unable to connect to Shaw Passpoint, can anyone out there please help me? I don’t have a cellular date plan on my phone so use Shaw Passpoint when I am out and about as it is secure. It seems it happened after I updated my apple phone iOS to 14.8. It all worked OK prior to that. Same thing is happening to my wife’s phone. I called Shaw technical support but they don’t even know what Shaw Passpoint is. They tried to talk me into re-registering my device but I had issues with that before with Shaw’s automatic registration due to the security settings in the iPhones. When trying to do it the way Shaw told me I was driving back and forth to a Shaw Hotspot several times over 2 days to try to get my devices registered. Luckily I later found a fix online that showed me how to manually allow my phone and iPad to get registered. Any help to get myself (and my wife) to have Shaw Passpoint back would be sincerely appreciated.
