Hi,
I am responsible for emails at Lowe's Canada and I have noticed since a few weeks that a bunch of customers which are using @shaw.ca email addresses report as bounce.
We would need support to whitelist our IP or sending domain as soon as possible.
Here are the errors that we observe on our side:
BounceCategory: Block bounce
Sending domain: email@eml.lowes.ca
Do you know the procedure to mitigate/resolve the problem?
We have deployment every 2 days on average.
