This company is so screwed up,even their techs don't know what's going on.
Just got a new plan which was $50 less than my old one and because they bill a month ahead of time,you don't get any credit for 2 months.
They sent me a defective cable box and had to send another by puralator and expected me to wait a week for a service call..... got it running myself after an hour.....garbage equipment.
Nevermind spending extra time trying to understand the agents when phoning!!! :(
