Ever since the Upload speed increase i have had horrible buffer bloat problems as i posted here
https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r30447521-A-new-Shaw-high-increased-upload-speeds-for-packages-30-and-up
and since that was the only thing that changed at the time i assumed it had something to do with the problem
and even if it was not it was not my end as i didn't changed anything and i tested 2 different modems.
Well after talking to Shaw for a while finally i got some good news they have duplicated the problem and they are working on fixing it.

Hi,
We've been able to duplicate this now, and are pursuing the issue with our equipment vendor.
Looks like the buffering occurs when you are maxing your download speed, the CMTS will then buffer packets for up to 2 seconds.
Not a modem issue as it turns out, and not related to the contract boosts. Related to new equipment.
