Quality question

I am in Vancouver BC and with Telus right now, but considering a change. Would like to know are people getting the speeds they are paying for and how is the quality? Right now I am on the 100/20 plan and am getting 110/ 33. If I was to go for Shaw 300/20 plan do I get those speeds or will it be lower? I am considering the change because of the Shaw go WiFi because with Telus there are no extras what so ever, but I do not want to change if my upload went from 20 down to 10 or 15. Thanks for any insight
